P01 2024 App
Tiffin Trails

A mess management and billing app for student hostels — handling meal tracking, monthly billing, and payment records for around 2,000 users. Built to replace messy spreadsheets and manual accounting that mess managers were stuck with.

Built with Next.js and Supabase. Hosted entirely for free — static frontend on Cloudflare Pages, backend on Supabase free tier. Designed around Supabase's row-level security so billing data stays private per user. Zero database charges, zero hosting costs.
highlight
~2,000 active users. ₹0/month in hosting or database costs. Supabase + Cloudflare free tiers absorb all the load. Mess managers went from manual billing to fully automated monthly statements.
